Job Description: Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers. The position is responsible for coordinating strategic priorities, business operations, and business controls for the Enterprise Independent Testing Reporting and Analytics organization in Global Risk Management.  Requires a thorough knowledge of the department and business units functional area and products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Responsibilities Serves as the point person for coordination of business activities including financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication .Prepares for key meetings, overseeing the preparation of relevant materials and talking points (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Review, regulatory meetings, committee meetings) Oversees the status of critical business measures including self-identified issues; SIM projects, Operational Excellence projects and financials.   Coordinates and drives effective management routines, town halls and communication activities Required Skills: Ability to think strategically across Global Risk Management to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency. 5-10 years of experience in financial services industry or experience in a related field Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail Working knowledge of risk management and regulatory interactions Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations. Must be a self-starter and work independently Ability to challenge the status quo, produce appropriate changes and implement goals Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities Strong partnership and relationship building skills with the ability to influence Effectively and efficiently coordinates and drives execution of key priorities across the Enterprise Onsite Testing Team Ability to track performance and analyze data/progress metrics to benchmark against short and long-term goals Proven business operations and business controls experience Desired Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills - particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Publisher skills.
