Account Director II - Financial Services buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

The Role:  We are currently seeking a Account Director for the Global Financial Services Practice. In this role you will have business development and account management responsibility for the Global Financial Services Practice with a focus on key strategic banking and credit card issuer accounts primarily based in the US. You will be responsible for the generation of business development and new sales with your assigned client base to support placement of our full product set to include syndicated market research, proprietary market research, consulting, certification programs and other related products and services.  This role will work closely with the Sales team and Financial Services Practice team in the development of a robust pipeline for short and long-term growth of our Financial Services business. The Financial Services practice encompasses Banking, Credit Cards, Wealth Management, Home Lending, Real Estate and Auto Finance.   The Impact: This role will be a key contributor in expanding the use and impact of the various J.D. Power products and services within the Financial Services industry. The role will contribute to positioning J.D. Power as strategic partner in the voice of the customer space within assigned number of key accounts within the Financial Services Industry.     Responsibilities: Generates revenue by selling and servicing Strategic account customers and key accounts in the Financial Services industry. Builds and maintains senior level (VP, SVP and EVP) including C-Level relationships (CMO, Chief Customer Officer, etc.) to promote JDP thought leadership. Maintains deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry and awareness of market trends. Maintains deep understanding of client strategies and can map JDPA products and services to client needs to grow revenues and strengthen relationships. Takes leading role with Practice/Sales/PMO within JDPA to leverage resources required to maintain successful relationships with clients. Manages and maintains a robust, accurate and timely opportunity pipeline in support revenue goals. Participates fully in all contract renewal efforts for syndicated studies and proprietary solutions. Creates territory and account plans to meet objectives based on portfolio of clients. Documents and advances opportunity activity weekly inside CRM system. Significantly contributes to business development and revenue generating opportunities.   Qualifications: 10 + years in consultative selling with a proven track record of business development success. Client or supplier side experience with sales and market research as applicable within Financial Services field Bachelor's Degree Superior ability to build rapport and relationships a requirement. Superior presentation/public speaking skills
